Spice up your Sprouts! (Sprouted mung salad disguised as chaat)

Sprout Chaat I am sharing my favorite recipe for sprouts. The indian inside me crave for crunchy spicy food quite often. This is my healthy alternative for those “chaat cravings” 🙂

This quick and easy recipe post is 100 words only! 😉

  • 2 cups green gram sprouts
  • 1 Roma tomato (chopped)
  • 1 small potato (boiled & diced) 
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped cucumber
  • 1/4 cup roasted salted peanuts
  • 2-3 small round Radish (chopped)
  • 2-3 green chillies (chopped) 
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp chaat masala
  • Salt to taste
  • Freshly crushed black pepper and Cilantro to garnish

Mix all the ingredients and enjoy!
