I am sharing my favorite recipe for sprouts. The indian inside me crave for crunchy spicy food quite often. This is my healthy alternative for those “chaat cravings” 🙂

- 2 cups green gram sprouts
- 1 Roma tomato (chopped)
- 1 small potato (boiled & diced)
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped cucumber
- 1/4 cup roasted salted peanuts
- 2-3 small round Radish (chopped)
- 2-3 green chillies (chopped)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp chaat masala
- Salt to taste
- Freshly crushed black pepper and Cilantro to garnish
Mix all the ingredients and enjoy!
